What if I'm currently using Vantora?

We'll migrate your existing waiver data, customer records, and reservations — past, present, and future — at no cost. Most operators are fully switched over within a day. We built RecTech specifically to address the frustrations Vantora users deal with every weekend.

Do I need to change my payment processor?

No — that's the whole point. RecTech supports Stripe, Square, and PayPal, with more on the way. Use whichever you prefer, or offer multiple options to your customers. Your choice, always.

Is there a contract or setup fee?

Will my waivers hold up legally?

Yes. RecTech captures full digital signatures with IP addresses, timestamps, and device information — meeting the same legal standards as established digital waiver providers. Every signed waiver is retained for 7 years from the date it was signed, even if you cancel your RecTech account. You can also set waiver expiration periods (annual, seasonal, or custom) so returning guests re-sign on your schedule.

What about walk-in customers?

RecTech handles both pre-registered and walk-in guests. Set up a kiosk tablet where walk-ins can sign waivers and check in themselves — or your staff can add them in seconds.

Do I need a new website?

No. RecTech's booking widget embeds directly into your existing site with a simple code snippet. It matches your branding and looks like it belongs there. If your company doesn't already have a website, we also offer standalone mini-sites as an add-on.
