• Waiver & Consent Records: Digital waiver signatures (drawn or typed), guardian signatures for minors, waiver completion dates, and expiration tracking.
• Check-In Data: Attendance records, walk-on registrations, and party check-in timestamps.
• Payment Information: Transaction records processed through third-party payment providers (Stripe, Square, or PayPal). RecTech does not directly store full credit card numbers.
• Communications Data: SMS and email message logs related to reservation confirmations, guest invitations, RSVP responses, and waiver reminders.
• Device & Usage Data: Browser type, IP address, pages visited, and session data collected automatically to improve platform performance and security.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Processing and managing reservations, bookings, and event logistics.

When you opt in to receive text messages from RecTech or a participating venue, we may send you SMS messages related to:

• Reservation confirmations and updates
• Guest invitations and RSVP reminders
• Waiver completion reminders
• Check-in notifications

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at info@rectech.cloud. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your activity and venue interactions.

We do not use phone numbers collected through our platform for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used solely for transactional and operational communications as described above.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing or advertising purposes.

• With Participating Venues: Reservation, waiver, and check-in data is shared with the specific venue(s) you are visiting, as necessary to fulfill your booking and ensure compliance with venue policies.
• With Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services to operate the platform, including cloud hosting (Google Cloud Platform), email delivery (SendGrid), SMS delivery (Twilio), and payment processing (Stripe, Square, or PayPal). These providers only access data as needed to perform services on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect your information.
• For Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of RecTech, our users, or the public.
