By accessing or using the RecTech platform ("Service"), operated by RecTech — Recreation Technology ("RecTech," "we," "us," or "our") at rectech.cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users of the platform, including venue operators ("Tenants"), their staff ("Tenant Users"), and guests or participants ("Players").
RecTech is a recreation technology platform that provides reservation management, guest handling, digital waiver administration, check-in systems, and operational tools for recreation and entertainment venues including paintball fields, laser tag arenas, trampoline parks, escape rooms, axe throwing venues, go-kart tracks, climbing gyms, archery ranges, and other action sports facilities.
Certain features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@rectech.cloud if you suspect unauthorized access.
Reservations made through RecTech are subject to the specific policies of the participating venue, including cancellation policies, refund policies, minimum party sizes, and pricing. RecTech facilitates the booking process but is not a party to the agreement between you and the venue. Venues set and manage their own pricing, availability, and operational policies through the RecTech platform.
Participating venues may require guests to complete digital waivers before participation. By signing a digital waiver through RecTech, you acknowledge that your electronic signature (whether drawn or typed) constitutes a valid and binding signature. Waivers for minors (under 18) must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Waiver terms and liability provisions are set by each individual venue. RecTech provides the technology platform for waiver administration and is not responsible for the content or enforceability of individual venue waivers.
RecTech and participating venues use SMS text messaging to communicate operational and transactional information to users who have opted in.

What messages will I receive? You may receive text messages related to reservation confirmations, reservation updates, guest invitations, RSVP reminders, waiver completion reminders, and check-in notifications from RecTech and participating venues.
How often will I receive messages? Message frequency varies based on your activity. You will only receive messages related to reservations, waivers, or events you are involved with. Typically this ranges from 1 to 10 messages per reservation or event.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text and data plan.
How do I get help? Text HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at info@rectech.cloud.
How do I stop receiving messages? Text STOP to any message to opt out of all RecTech text notifications. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You may re-opt-in at any time through the RecTech platform.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or participation. You may still make reservations, sign waivers, and participate in events without opting in to SMS notifications.

Payments for reservations and services are processed through third-party payment providers (such as Stripe, Square, or PayPal) integrated into the RecTech platform. RecTech does not directly handle or store your full credit card or bank account information. All payment transactions are subject to the terms and policies of the applicable payment processor and the participating venue. Refunds are governed by each venue's individual refund policy.

The RecTech platform, including its design, software, features, content, logos, and trademarks, is owned by RecTech and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written consent.
The RecTech platform integrates with third-party services including payment processors, email providers, SMS providers, and cloud hosting services. Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. RecTech is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. RecTech does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecTech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. RecTech's total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to RecTech in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RecTech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time by posting updated terms on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
