Customers provide their phone number and consent to receive SMS messages when they:
By entering a phone number during the booking or waiver process, customers consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to their reservation. Consent is not a condition of purchase — customers may complete bookings without providing a phone number.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on the customer's mobile carrier and plan. RecTech does not charge any additional fees for SMS messages.
SMS messages are delivered through major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Delivery is subject to carrier network availability.
Phone numbers collected through the RecTech platform are used solely for the transactional messaging purposes described above. We do not sell, share, or rent customer phone numbers to third parties for marketing purposes.
